no music on hold see error

    Hi all,

    Since v3.1 i get this error in the server log when the call gets transferred from the Digital recipionist to an ext:

    [MS007005] Call(4) Ln:10000@Sipgate: Failed to open file "..\Data\Http\prompts\onhold.wav" to play on EP 00000002@. 'silent' RTP stream will be sent.

    Any ideas.

    Hi Keith.

    Can you confirm that the file indeed exists on the sever ?

    C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Data\Http\prompts\onhold.wav

    else try to copy it to that location with as source:

    C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Bin\onhold.wav

    thanks all working now - i had to manually copy this.
