No outbound calls possible

    Hello,

    i recently installed a 3CX pbx v14 on my system.
    I use a Telekom sip trunk and a speedport router.

    Incoming calls work fine. i just can't establish an outbound call.
    The PBX doesn't even try to establish a connection. I'm pretty sure that the problem is that the caller is unknown because of the "sip:11@11" in the log but at the moment i have no idea where to fix that.

    [SOLVED] Re: No outbound calls possible

    I've tried the same thing with a different Softphone (tried earlier with X-Lite) and it works.
    Either the X-Lite Softphone doesn't work perfectly with 3CX or i just misconfigured the application.
    Either way the problem is solved.

    You are correct, the <sip:11@11> should be <sip:11@[IP of the 3CX Server]> in both the "From" and "To" fields.
