No outgoing calls

    Hi! I'm new to the 3CX Phone system. I read everything then configured the v10 version. I'm using 3cx Phone v6 as softphone.
    Incoming calls are ok, but i can not make outgouning calls. Couldn't try internal calls yet, because 1 only have 1 pc.

    Windows 7 with firewall turned off
    Dlink di-524 router (2 picture attached)
    Firewall checker: OK
    I configure outbound rules.
    Using STUN.
    Network settings is default, only changed the 9000-9049 ports to 9000-9003 (old routers limitation, cant add more rule...)

    Is the PBX Registering properly, on the Port/Trunk Status page, to your "Generic VoIP Provider" ?

    You need to resolve the above error. It also appears that you have the same rule invoked three times for the same route. You should first check with your provider and ensure that the settings are correct and then change the outbound rule accordingly such that it only has the one route.

    If this..84.21.11.253, is the IP of your VoIP provider, they may be trying to tell you that you are sending the call attempt to the wrong destination (URL), or something else is incorrect. You may want to review your trunk settings for that provider in 3CX.

    I configured 1 outbound rule, but added the same route 3 times. It's kinda unnecessary. 8|
    I will contact the provider.

    I asked the provider, they couldn't tell anything usefull.

    Have you had any service working previously, using this provider?

    Have you tried using the 3CX phone (Windows version?) to register directly with them and place calls. See if that works with the same settings.

    Where can i find the logs of 3CX Phone client?

    The logs from the softphone you use, do not have enough info. We need to see the 3cx logs.

    How about...who is your VoIP provider, what URL do you register to?

    When I do a search on the IP, it points to something in Hungary?, but nothing beyond that.

    If it were me, I would push them for some more information about the message that you are getting back from them.

    It's obviously getting to them. They just need to tell you why they have a problem with it.
