    Hi all,

I have just set up a 3CX system few days ago, and it has been working fine, but when we start to put load on it, it gives the error above (in the log) and either or both parties in a call cant hear anything.

I am not sure what the error means. We have had a 3CX technician check our firewall setting and all the correct port are forwarded correctly, 9000-9049 especially.
Normally we have only 2-3 calls at the same time, and a 8 call license so that should be a problem, but for me it seems like all ports 9000-9049 are in use. That the system doesnt close the ports after use? How can I check, can I see which ports remain open?

When the problem occur, it sometimes helps to restart the service or restart the router.

    Any ideas?

    Benjamin

    Very well spotted, thanks.

That was the exact same problem, and the solution worked :)

    Thanks.
