When someone calls into one of our DIDs all the caller gets is silence. Is this an issue with 3CX (an option I need to set maybe) or an issue with our SIP provider? I tend to think is a 3CX problem as at that point the call is being handled by 3CX.

Our provider is Coefficient and we are running version 8 Professional license. It is installed on Windows Server 2008 SP2, with the Desktop Experience feature installed and the IE ESC turn off.

Music on Hold works. Incoming callers when put on hold or are transferred will hear the on hold music.

When a person outside of our system calls one of our DIDs all they will hear is silence. They don't have any indication that anything is happening as they don't hear a ring back tone. We have people who are hanging up because they don't think anything is happening because the line just sounds dead. For those who are on our system everything works normally.

This turned out to be a problem with our VoIP provider. They were able to quickly resolve the problem. Thanks for everyone's help!
