No ringing when digital receptionist transfers

    I am having an issue with the silence between the digital receoptionist prompt and ring group it timeouts to after. There is silence during this period, until someone answers or the voicemail kicks in. Is there a way to make this silence give ringing audio prompt or am I doing this totally wrong? Here is my current setup:

    Digital Receptionist picks up automatically. "Hello, Thank you for.... Please hold for the operator."
    My digital receptionist settings have a 0 timeout setting which connects to a ring group. The ring group phones begin ringing physically, but the caller hears nothing but silence.. until someone answers physically or the voicemail picks it up.

    Ring group settings are ring all and 15 second ring time.

    Am I missing something? Thanks for any help!

    Music on hold is not working? did you intentionally disable in the call queue?.
