NO RTP Audio

    I am getting the following errors on some of my connections (external)
    16:38:17.671 [MS105000] C:4.2: No RTP packets were received:remoteAddr=212.11.91.124:19466,extAddr=0.0.0.0:0,localAddr=192.168.1.2:7010

    Anyone any ideas...what's causing the lack of audio. I have performed a firewall check and everything passes with a status of zero.

    Hi Darren,

    Could you please specify call scenario?
    Please include followinginformation:
    1. participants of the call. Location (LAN or WAN). Devices (PSTN gateway model/Name of VoIP provider/Model of hardware phones or version of software phones).
    2. Call flow. Who called whom etc.

    Please confirm it.
