No RTP from CSipSimple

    we use on Android CSipSimple together with 3CX Free.

    For some Days we have the following error:

    Has somebody an Idea what to do?

    I have already try to change settings "Anlage überträgt audio" (PBX forwards audio) or "supports "Replace Header" etc.

    The extension cannot give a call and cannot receive a call (with the same error).

    One cause could be if there is more than one network card installed. You most likely need to run wireshark so you can see if and where any rtp packets are being sent.

    have you set stun server in c sip simple, if using the phone in another network than the 3CX server ?
