No RTP Packets received on Inbound Calls

    I have a problem where we dial into a VOIP number, the call gets connected and shos on the server logs, but there is no audio and when the phonecall is ended the message "No RTP packet recieved from IP address 196.46.138.18 (Our VoIP providers RTP server). The VoIP provider analyzed the call and says the 3cx pbx is not replying on its INVITE. Any ideas?

    Have you tried setting up the stun server?

    also make sure your firewall is not filtering your RTP packets?

    Bind to media server and or extension is externa.
