No RTP packets received

    Hi guys!

    We have problems delivering audio streams during calls originated from outside to inside. As we tested with wireshark IP packets containing the audio stream is coming to the PBX's server, but not translated to the 3CX phone system itself. The media server outputs error MS105000 . When the call is originated from in- to outside everything is OK. I've checked firewall config - everything s fine, as 3CX Firewall Checker says so. I,ve eliminated all kind of networking issues and everything seems fine. But doesn't work !

    Any ideas to try, guys ??

    It would appear, from the sounds of it, to be a router or firewall issue. I assume that the 9000 range is forwarded. Does Wireshark indicate which ports are not getting through? Is this a problem with a VoIP provider (which one?) or a remote extensions?
