I am trying to remotely connect a 3CX Soft Phone (for PC and/or iPhone) to our 3CX system (V10). The phones register correctly and I can dial and connect, but there is no audio either way. The Server Activity Log is showing the error: No RTP packets were received. Phones inside the local network work without any issues. 9000 ports are opened on the firewall and the firewall logs do not show any blocked access notifications related to the phone IPs. Any advice to resolve this problem.
