no sound from the Incoming calls.

Mate,

Can you provide a bit more information.

For example:
ATA
Type of call eg extension to extension, extension to external, internal to external etc.

Looks like the call is going through, but get disconnected. This can relate to a few things:

- NAT (yep that one again)
- Disconnect due to silence on the line and the call gets terminated, this realates to NAT.
- Firewall, make sure you have all the ports open.

After I pickup call from ext line. I cannot hear any audio from outsider, and outsider also cannot hear me.
