No sound - internal calls on remote site

    Hi all,

    I have finally resolved all network issues in my remote site and phones started working, when calling other remote extensions located in different site everything works great.

    However when calling an extension within the same site, no sound.

    I am running v15 and GS GXP 1625 unsupported phones on this location.

    Any clues?

    Hello @daktur,

    Based on your description, I believe that the issue will be solved if you select the PBX delivers audio parameter on all extensions.
    Go to Extensions > Double click on extension > Options > PBX delivers audio.
    Let us know if you still have the issue.
