No Sound

    Hi

    Strange: sometimes the calls are going ok, but sometimes there is no sound? I have firewall set up with 9000-9015. Anybody know the where to begin search for err?

    When the call is set up I get this in log:

    09:17:19.511 [CM505003]: Provider:[CellIP] Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [] Transport: [sip:192.168.1.100:5060]

    Is that an err?

    please check the port arrea for your 3cx. it is possible that this is 9000-9049.
