No status and queue monitor

    We're working with:
    - 3CX Phone System Version 5.1.4393.0 (Pro version)
    - 3CX VoIP Client Version 5.1.4492.0

    All extentions statussen are grey??
    I can't monitor queues?

    Can someone help me please or have a clueue?

    Both versions of the client in the server must be the same in order to see status on the client unfortunately. Furthermore there isn't a 4492 version out for the server side, so you'll need to downgrade your server side to 4393 to match your client version.

    I know kind of a pain unfortunately :|

    SWB your comment is very clear. But where can I download a client version 4393?

    Again unfortunately the 4393 build isn't available for download on the 3CX site anymore (or at least I couldn't find it).

    Server 4510 has been released.

    Of course it's not the exact same version number as the client, and I'm going to try to install that today and see if it works with the latest client build. It does say you must have the latest version of the client installed in order to see extension status, so going with that 4492 should work I guess. We'll see...
