No voice for both line

    I am using ATCOM IP PHONE model (AT-530P), TP-Link WEb SmartSwitch, I used 3CX IP Phone Systems, everything is ok, the only problem is, I can't hear the voice for both caller and receiver, there is a connection, all IP Phone was registered, there is also a dial tone for every Phone. What should I do, anybody can helpme this problem? Pleaseee........

    second do I need Internet connection whrere I only configured the InterCom (Telephone Inside the Company only)?

    is your 3cx box behind a firewall? you need to forward ports 9000 and up.

    I got the exact configuration, thanks for your help,

    I have another problem. I could not make outbound call,
