No voice from provider

    Hey all,

    i have few problems which i think are almost the same:
    So i am calling phone number which is disconected from network ( that phone number is my cell phone and it is shutdown ).
    My problem is that i dont hear on my phone ( which is connected to 3cx ) trailer from my cell phone provider - ie The number which are you trying to call is temporary unavailable.
    When i looked into WireShark i noticed that this message is sent to 3cx at 14,601 sec( please see attached picture ).

    Does anyboday had that kind of problem and how did he solve it.

    First you have to see why the provider is declining your attempts to allow you to call. 603. Do you have credit? Is the number correct? Is the account enabled? Is the number allowed?

    hey thank you for replay.

    What i want to say is that beetwen 14,601 s and 29,631 my cell phone provider plays trailer- ie The number which are you trying to call is temporary unavailable. But i dont hear that in my phone. everything else works okey ( i mean sip trunk on 3cx works normal )
