No voice in the extensions

    Hi,

    I ama facing a problem the last 3 days. Suddenly, when I get an incoming external or internal call I do not have any voice (sound) to the extensions (VoIP phones).

    I have checked the VoIP providers and they are connected. All the extensions are registered. All the rules are setup correctly. The codecs that I have enabled per extension (VoIP phone) are:

    1) G.711 U-law
    2) G.711 A-law
    3) G729
    4) G.722
    5) GSM-FR
    6) iLBC
    7) Speex

    At the extensions I have enabled also the appropriate codecs. I attach screenshots.

    The 3CX system is installed at a server in Germany and we wotk it from Greece.

    Can anybody help with this? To give me any idea?

    You've shown the settings of the sets, which were working, but have not explained the network set-up.

    Is the location in Greece the only remote location?

    How many sets are located in Greece, are they all having issues?

    Are the remote sets simply behind a router, or do you use VPN or the SBC?

    Have you tried using a remote set (windows, or Android 3CX phone), from another location?

    Do you know if the other end can hear you? Have you tried running the 3CX Firewall checker at the host end, or, checking the 3CX logs for any error messages?

    Were any changes, network or software updates, done at either end?
