Hi, I ama facing a problem the last 3 days. Suddenly, when I get an incoming external or internal call I do not have any voice (sound) to the extensions (VoIP phones). I have checked the VoIP providers and they are connected. All the extensions are registered. All the rules are setup correctly. The codecs that I have enabled per extension (VoIP phone) are: 1) G.711 U-law 2) G.711 A-law 3) G729 4) G.722 5) GSM-FR 6) iLBC 7) Speex At the extensions I have enabled also the appropriate codecs. I attach screenshots. The 3CX system is installed at a server in Germany and we wotk it from Greece. Can anybody help with this? To give me any idea? Thank you in advance.
