No Voice on incoming calls

    Hello,

    I have problem with the voice transmission. After accepting a call, there is no sound. Hatt someone has an idea.
    There are also errors in loog.

    Hello

    First, it touches only incoming calls my problem, outgoing go without any problems. As client hangs a Siemens Gigaset S450IP at the 3CX. I have a 4552 Patton V4.2 as an ISDN (T-Com Germany) at the 3CX is connected and locally depends on the network, as well as the Siemens Gigaset too. In addition, I have a 4114 V4.2 Patton with two Lines (Akado Russia) via VPN to the 3CX connected with have the same symptoms.

    I had the error now when calling on the voice recorder. So should the error actually between Patton and 3CX to search.

    PS my router is a Draytek 2800 at DE and a 2910 at RUS.

    Check "PBX delivers audio" option in Line Management for your PSTN-to-IP adapter. I had the same problem (not being able to hear voice on inbound calls) and this fixed it.

    Hallo,

    I have monent nor the free editon and wanted to first see how it runs before I invest

    "PBX delivers audio" is off to both Patton

    Has anyone difference in the Siemens Gigaset use at the 3CX?

    What does this error message? I do not even have her another Snom VOIP Phone to the pbx and this seems to work.

    Hello,

    In the meantime, I have the error in your response so far can I consider it certainly appears that there was the Siemens Gigaset IP. Did anyone else experience this? Or I am the only one with the Gigaset makes problems on 3CX? Wen also someone in use, and thus has no problems it would be nice if he would post FW version.
