no way to place outbound calls on version 3790

    all lines are registered, can make calls from extension to extension, pass the firewall test ok, can get inbound calls, everything is working except outbound calls with an especific provider and with other works fine.

    check the settings of router and firewall

    i already did, the settings are just the same as in version 3.1 and the firewall test pass everything ok
