Non answered Blind transferred calls are not returned after configured timeout

    We use 3CX Version 15 and still experience the following misbehaviour or there is a missing feature.

    When blind transferring a call to a destination, the call is treated as configured on the destination, eg. it times out after a minute and routed as configured (eg. to Voicemail).
    However this is not what is expected, such calls have to be transferred back to the operator which did the blind transfer. This seems not to be possible to be configured (or please tell me how).

    There is an option in PBX Settings where one could configure a timeout on busy destination, but this doesn't apply in the case if the call isn't answered.

    Therefore either this is misbehvaviour or a big missing feature.

    Hello @kusig

    Transfer back on busy only works if the destination is busy and only after a blind transfer. That is the expected behaviour. So what you need is a feature request and not a misbehaviour. You can post this in our ideas section of the forum when it can upvoted by other users
