Not a call

    Hi all i have problems with my configuration:
    i have installed 3cx phone, 3cx gateway for skype, i have added the pstn line, the line 10000 is green and my 3cx phone calls but without any answer.

    what is the problem?

    help me please

    Veri brief description provided :mrgreen: Before asking you for log files and details, from your phone try to call gateway Skype sound test. Therefore, supposing the outbound rule is 9, call 9echo123, and see if it "answers".
