Not able to reproduce recorded calls

    Hi all

    I have the 3CX VoIP Windows phone installed and works fine to run and receive inbound and outbound calls. The only issue we are having is when we record a call (inbound/outbound). Normally we record like 10 secs of the call and the recorded audio is listed in the list of recorded calls, however if I try to reproduce the audio in my 3CX VoIP Phone it is not possible, nothing happends, and we can not either save the file to another folder in my desktop.

    Windows Media Player is installed, and this works ok in other two pc's we have with the 3CX VoIP Windows phone installed and linked to the 3CX PBX.

    Any ideas about what can be happening?

    Can you find the voice file on the server and play it back??

    you can usually find it in - C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Recordings

    The Program Data folder is hidden usually so you may need to "Show hidden folders"
