Not all soft phones ringing

    We set up two soft phones on our laptops yesterday at work. They were both on hook also so was my smart phone. Only one phone rang at any time. We want all 3 phones to ring how do we get this to work. Should they not all work if they are on hook??

    It would be helpful to know how you have them set up and which version of 3CX you are running.

    Does each device show to be registered and can you make a call from each?
    Is each device set to the same account/extension?
    Is your smart phone running a 3CX softphone as well?
    Are they all set to a the same ring group or queue and set to ring all as the strategy?

    Provide some details of what you want to do and how you currently have things configured and you will get far more help. We can only guess at the moment.

    Are you dialling the ring group extension number or each softphones extension number? Try ringing the ring group number
