I have my system setup to email me the .wav file and delete from the voicemail server. 99 times out of 100 it works fine with no issues but it happens every now and then when i don't get the voicemail emailed to me but it will show in the voicemail server. No other voicemails show here as they are set to send and delete and this is how i pick up the voicemails that slip through but its not ideal for me to check it every hour for messages. Now the other issue is i have multiple people monitoring the email address for voicemails but i don't want to give them all access to the mobile app and i cant have them monitor a desk phone as its in the office not out with them. Does anyone have any ideas why it doesn't email to me sometimes? I have asked my email provider to check the logs and he says the request isn't being sent by the 3cx server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
