Not connected

    Hi I am new for this program Just saw the videos and try to connect the 3CX installer. No problem in the installation. Post installation I could not connect, the network not available in the phone screen. I using windows 10. Need help.

    Might be a presence issue caused by ports not being open at the server end. I assume you have a 3CX PBX that you are connecting with and a configuration file was sent to the PC.

    Are you able to place calls?

    Hi @Balaji ,

    As leejor said, assuming that you have a 3CX PBX installed and configured:
    • Download and install the V15 client
    • Download and run the provisioning file for the extension you are trying to configure.
