Not connected

    Hello
    I did all 3CX voip client configuration
    it always says "Not connected"

    Hello Matt
    The server is local and i can ping it
    also when I switch to desk phone mode I see all conection status

    Check credentials. Authentication Password (not VM PIN!) should be used on VoIP Client.

    If you use latest VOIP client version upgrade your server to the latest version
