Not connecting when answering queue

    Hi,

    The 3cx PBX is working fine but i got one issue.

    If the phone is ringing and its from a ring group or a direct call to an extension i can answer the call. BUT if it is from a queue I can not answer it. The other party will hear the waiting music the whole time. The call is not picked up when im answer on the extension that is ringing.

    Anyone got an idea what the problem might be?

    You're picking up a ringing phone and you aren't connected to the caller in the queue? A list of the 3CX logs during that call might help detirmin if 3CX is even seeing the phone answer or just ignoring it.

    hello,

    yes do you know that in extension manager, the contact is connecte to waiting list ? and are you sure that the contact is on the wainting list ?

    without this 2 conditions it's not works.

    Hi Guys,

    I am having the same problem. When an outside call comes in the phone is ringing. However when try to answer the call we are unable to. Just keeps ringing.
    Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
