Not detecting 3cx / xlite extensions

    Ive recently set up a 3cx system.

    After having some problems with RTP ports I ran a Firewall check and stopped the 3cx phone system / tunnel service via the service status menu.

    after configuring port forwarding etc and re-enabling the 3cx system the phone extensions (tried both xlite and 3cx softphones) Are no longer detected under the Phones menu (using the same settings as before).

    happening with Multiple IP addresses and Not detecting any attempts in the activity log.

    set it up so the softphones point to the 3cx using the 3cx IP address and extension details.

    Short of packet capture or re-install Any ideas?
