Having a new issue... I am testing the ability to forward to mobile but seems to not work.
This seem to indicate that you provider rejected the call (at least they terminated it). You may want to confirm that a single call out to them looks similar in the logs (all of the numbers), and works. Your provider may be able to give you some information as to why the call is not going through. It may possibly have something to do with caller ID spoofing not being allowed, or number of calls allowed.
