Not getting (3CX)sipgate to (Snom)sipgate audio to work

    I've got 3CX set up with two VOIP providers. One is sipgate, and the other is gradwell.

    I'm having problems when calling another phone that is on sipgate through 3CX. The call connects, but we can't hear each other. Same occurs if they call me..
    These are what works and doesn't.

    Outgoing
    Snom 360 -> 3CX (sipgate) -> sipgate (snom 320 or 360) = Connects, can't hear each other
    Softphone -> 3CX (sipgate) -> sipgate (snom 320 or 360) = Connects, can't hear each other
    Snom 360 -> 3CX (sipgate) -> sipgate (softphone) = Works
    Snom 360 -> 3CX (gradwell) -> sipgate (snom 320 or 360) = Works
    SoftPhone -> TrixBox (sipgate) -> sipgate (snom 320 or 360) = Works
    Mobile -> sipgate (snom 320 or 360) = Works

    Incoming
    Sipgate (snom 320 or 360) -> 3CX(sipgate) -> Snom 360 = Connects, can't hear each other
    Sipgate (snom 320 or 360) -> 3CX(gradwell) -> Snom 360 = Works
    Sipgate (Softphone) -> 3CX(sipgate) -> Snom 360 = Works
    sipgate (snom 320 or 360) -> Mobile = Works

    Internal
    Snom 360 -> 3CX -> Snom 320 or 360 = Works

    Direct
    Sipgate (Snom 360) -> Sipgate (Snom 360) = Works


    I've tried all sorts of codec changes etc, and just can't get it to work properly. It would indicate a problem with the configuration of the snom phones, but tried all sorts of stuff.

    Anyone have any ideas. I've tried to search these forums for some help, but can't filter anything out useful.

    Anyone have any suggestions for this? I really can't see whats wrong. Seems like a problem only when using Sipgate, Snom and 3CX in combination.

    I don't really want to spend out on a license for software that isn't working. Is this a known bug or configuration issue that you are aware of?

    If its something I'm doing, then I'd likely purchase the software. But if its a fault with 3CX and sipgate, then I'm not obviously going to.
