Not getting web reports email

    v14 SP1 running on Windows 10 Pro, SMTP server is Microsoft office 365 cloud

    If I request a report, no email is received so I can't get any report. Have tried sending to my home and office email addresses and checked junk folders etc.

    3cx is able to send emails, as welcome emails and extension registered / unregistered etc notification emails are received.

    Any ideas what I try next?

    I found the solution.

    For the benefit of anyone else -

    must log into the 3cx console using http://address:5000/management (assuming using port 5000)

    I was using http://address:5000 which seems to work perfectly fine for everything else.
