Is it possible to get a notification when a user makes a large number of calls?
Can you elaborate more on this ?
Can you tell us a scenario ?
For example if I'm using the hotel module and a guest is making calls to international numbers for long periods of time I'd like to be notified so I can either block them or disable the extension.
Hi Hogan, This is possible using the sdk. You can have someone write a small utility that will monitor outbound calls and send email if they exceed the limits you place including call length and call destination.
