Problem: Receiving email notifications for "lost" calls AND voicemails, when only notifications for "lost" calls are wanted.
My company's software automatically sorts voicemails into the proper client files and allows users to sort voicemails that were unable to be sorted automatically. Therefore, I ONLY need to be notified via email when a call is LOST from the call queue. As in, the person hung up and did not leave a voicemail, and therefore the email will be the only possible way to know the time and caller ID of the call that did not make it through the queue to leave a voicemail or speak with someone.
Right now we are using the "Notify Queue Manager when a Queue call is lost" notification option, but it sends email notifications for voicemails AND lost calls. Limiting notification to only calls lost in the queue rather than calls that left voicemails would significantly reduce the number of email notifications received. Does anyone know of a way to do this?
