Numers not working after call is connected

    I'm using the Grandstream Budge Tone 100. When I get the auto type attendant on the other end of a call the numbers I press never seem to make across the call. It won't even take a 0. The same thing happens no matter who I call, I hear the tone when hit the number but the system on the other end doesn't seem to get it. I've tried telling 3CX that it's a GS 2000 but that didn't help. Any ideas?

    Make sure that you have forwarded all of the required ports to 3CX, and that you have adjusted the trunk settings to match your device/provider capability. (EX, Supports Re-envite, Supports Replace, etc). This can be found by selecting the trunk name, and navigating to the advanced tab.
