OCX, DLL - Please Help

    I new member in this site. I programming with VB6, I download 3CXPhoneSystem51.exe and 3CXVoipClient.msi and run it.
    It's very good system for Voip. but I have few questions.

    1-Are OCX or DLL for VoipClient, until i make a software for connect to PhoneSystem?
    2-I want add or delete User to Phone System without "Management console", for exampel with own software, are able?
    3-it very good for Voip, are this SIP server support Video (webcam)?

    Anyone can not help to me?

    I found a ocx for clients and work in vb6, it's very good, but i need change User information, or add new User in 3CX PhoneSystem without Management console, i check "C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Data\DB" folder bout i dont know use this database! please help to me until used this.

    There is no programming API available at this point for 3CX. It something we are considering for the future. However it will be web based, definitely not in the form of OCX (thats kind of old). It would allowing management of some features via a web service style API. However that will not be available until second half of this year

    I found database until used with SIP server, it's PostgreSQL http://www.postgresql.org, i can connect to PostgreSQL on port 5480
    E:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Bin\Pgsql\bin>psql -p 5480
    and i see help for it
    E:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Bin\Pgsql\bin>psql --help
    This is psql 8.1.3, the PostgreSQL interactive terminal.
      psql [OPTIONS]... [DBNAME [USERNAME]]
    General options:
      -d DBNAME       specify database name to connect to (default: "Saeed")
      -c COMMAND      run only single command (SQL or internal) and exit
      -f FILENAME     execute commands from file, then exit

      -X              do not read startup file (~/.psqlrc)

    i make username 'Saeed' with password 'abc', in help show
      -U NAME         database user name (default: "Saeed")[code]
    but when i connect to server it have password of me, but not connect with 'abc'!!!!
    E:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Bin\Pgsql\bin>psql -p 5480
    psql: FATAL:  password authentication failed for user "Saeed"
    Can everybody help to me?
