I have a customer with about 10 phones all with wireless headsets. One particular user has an odd problem with there headset. After some time the EHS seems to get stuck telling the headset that the phone is ringing... However its not. I have proved this by unplugging the 3.5mm cord from the cs510 and it stops beeping. I'm fairly sure the firmware is all updated etc... I did update firmware on the ehs36. The setup is 3CX, Yealink T38G, Yealink EHS36, Plantronics CS510 Everybody else's setup works fine (no complaints) This past week I replaced the phone, the ehs and the headset... about 1 hour later it started beeping again. I don't get it Anyone know?
