Office Hours - change to custom1 status?

    Is there any way when selecting the option under Forwarding Rules of:
    Automatically switch status to available during office hours

    To have after hours it switch to custom1 instead of DND? (Basically I want it to log out of the queue, but still be reachable if someone directly dials the extension)

    Hello @ProudCanadian

    I am afraid that this cannot be changed. When the extension is in break times it will switch to Away and when out of office hours the extension will switch to DND. You can however manually switch the extension to the custom status you desire and set select the option Log out of Queues under the forwarding rules for that particular status.
    You can also post this as a feature request to our ideas section of the forum where it can be upvoted by the other users and evaluated by the appropriate department.
