Office Hours not FW to Outside Number

    Gentlemen, I recently created the working hours for our office, and I have the Forward to Outside Number option selected but instead I get extension 100 (voicemail) when it's our of office hours.

    Is there anywhere I can look for?

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Check the 3CX Activity log right after one of these calls. It will show why the call is routing where it is. If you are not sure what it it telling you, post it, and provide more detail on exactly how you want calls to behave in relation to the office hours.

    Also male sure that you have a matching outbound rule for the number you are forwarding the calls at.
