Office hours v15

    Hi,

    I've just upgraded to v15 SP2 from version 14 SP3 and our global office hours to not appear to be working. We currently have two digital receptionists set up, one for in hours for for out of hours. However, since the upgrade to v15 everything is being directed to the in hours digital receptionist (even though it's currently out of office hours).

    Any ideas?

    You may want to verify you aren't forced in or out.
    Settings: Dial Codes: Force 3CX Phone to IN or OUT..

    The IVR will report back.. but you use <code>[0-2] to set the force in, out, or default.
    Similar.. the logs should report the rule and office hours setting triggered at least.

    Thanks! This solved my problem ... we had assumed that placing the phone system to in hours would put back to default hours, didn't know I had to use the 0 at the end of the dial code to put back to default!

    Obviously been using it like this for a while but only picked it up in post upgrade testing :D
