office hours

    hi,

    i defined office hours in 3cx v11 (monday- friday, 08-17h), weekend is empty, for my DID i unselect option to use same routing logic outside of office hours and select to go to another digital receptionist. when i am calling that number from outside at 18h at the weekend i hear ivr from working hours... but weekend is not selected in working hours, it is emtpy...???

    Ok is this a new set-up, or a carry-over from V10? If carry-over, did it work before?

    You established global office hours under the general tab so as ensure that office hours are not just set to or for each extension.
    How are you receiving calls, Sip, PSTN?

    Can you post a log?
