Office Hours

    To change office hours it is required to first delete the hours and add new ones. Why can't we edit the office hours?

    As you have found out, you need to delete existing settings before entering new settings - no way of modifiying the settings

    Regarding the described behavior I would like to inform you that this is correct and by design. The PBX will not allow modification of the office hours. The entry must be removed and added again. In case you would like to submit your recommendation you can do it so under https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ .
