At this time there is no possibility to directly put a call on hold and get it back through the webclient with running the 3CX Client for Windows in the background for example. This standard-function in only possible, when you switch to the 3CX Client and put there the call on hold and take it back. For now there are "Transfer", "Att. transfer" and "Conference" available. The Idea behind this request is that our customers can use the webclient itself as a "softphone" and do not have to switch between webclient und 3CX Client. Any thoughts?
