On Hold Timer

    This sounds like a really basic question but, is there a place to adjust the amount of time a call is on hold before it rings back ??

    I should have mentioned I'm using Yealink T42G & T42G phones in this system...

    I am not sure is that option exist, you can try with parking the call....
