I just installed the free version of 3CX and it seems to work just fine with the exception of making outgoing calls. The trunk is provided by Broadvoice and oddly enough I can receive incoming calls just fine.

Here is what I have checked so far:
Sophos Firewall - Confirmed configuration using the 3CX firewall check (PASSED)
Sophos Firewall - Confirmed port usage during calls to be in valid range (Seems to be OK)
Incoming Call - Used cell phone to call trunk DID -> Fully works (PASSED)
Outgoing Call - Called cell phone using trunk -> Cell phone can receive audio, but local phone cannot hear the cell phone (FAILED)
Codecs - Changed all codecs to the same codec to simplify testing

    Any suggestions? Thank you!

I found that this issue was caused by the Sophos Firewall and I have resolved it by disabling the built-in VoIP support.

Hope this will help someone running into the same problem!
