Am I missing something - One extension in a group of 25: Phone doesn't ring even though in part of a hunt group Extension cannot be dialled internally Calls cannot be transferred to it. Calling the DDI goes straight to voicemail. So the extension must have Do Not Disturb set, right? Is there any way to tell on the 3CX system? Having checked the forums I have had the user dial *60 from the handset - made no difference I've even swapped the handset with another, still same problem.
