Hi Everyone,
i encounter a problem with my 3CX installation, on my main site, everything works correctly, i have a remote site connected via a point to point VPN, and phones connected there. The phones are registered on the main site server through the VPN.
Generally after rebooting the called phone, you got sound. I've done network capture on the firewalls and on the server. It seems the SIP part works correctly, as the phone on the other side is ringing, and the caller phone is notified when connected. But the strange thing, is that in my capture, i got RTP packets going from the caller to the 3CX server (the phone is not configured for pbx to deliver audio)
Has anyone else seen this already ?
If it can help, the firewalls are checkpoint safe@office.
Any help would be welcome.
Thx !
