One Way audio via myphone ext to ext

    So I have seen a lot of issues and all were pretty easy to fix. This one has me stumped. Aasta 57i phone if i pick up a phone and dial someones extension everything works great. If i pull myphone up hit the dial pad and enter someones extension it rings my aastra phone we receive the audio however they cannot hear us.

    So Ext To Ext Via Aastra 57I - Works great
    Ext to Ext via Myphone Calling Aastra on desk 1 way audio.

    Nothing abnormal in the log files.

    Same thing with yealink which have "intercom mute" by default via provisioning... you can try step 6-7 from this link

    with provisioning you can adjust provisioning template,

    Code:
    # The "sip intercom mute mic" field enables or disables the microphone on the phone for Intercom calls. Valid values are 1==Muted, 0==Not Muted. The provisioning template sets the value to 0==Not Muted.
    sip line1 intercom mute mic: 0
    After that re-provisionin the phone and that is it...
