One way audio with Andrews and Arnold Voip

    Hi,

    After a lot of testing, we have determined that the problem is isolated to our AAISP trunks. Voipfone and voip.co.uk trunks work ok.

    If we receive a call on either of our A&A trunks all is ok - audio works in both directions.

    If we make an outgoing call over the trunk, we can here the caller, but cannot here us. We still hear a slight echo of our own part of the conversation.

    As I said, it is only a problem on outgoing trunks for A&A.

    Running 3CX 15.5.0 with a pfsense firewall. The firewall checker completes successfully.

    Is anyone else an Andrews and Arnold customer who could offer some assistance?

    Disable sip ALG on the firewall. or duplicate a wireshark capture containing the packets that contains the issue to trace the problem.

    Hello @mrh

    I would recommend you stick with supported providers which are tested for compatibility with 3CX to avoid these issues in the future. You find a list with of the supported providers here.
