I have setup a Call queue. The queue works, but I get a one way audio problem and cannot discover any reason why it is occurring.

The direction of the audio problem is from the handset logged into the queue I can receive the audio from inbound caller, but when sending audio out from the handset the inbound caller does not receive anything.

Firewall has checked out ok and passed its tests.

Here is the log from 3CX

    Hi,
basically you need to get the extension/s and bind to media server. and see how it goes.

    Steps-
Select an extension/s, go to Other and uncheck Re-invite and Replaces.
Then check for PBX delivers audio and select Apply /Ok, and see how it goes.

    Thanks

I still have the same problem.

    i followed your instructions

    * set the PBX delivers audio to on
    * set Supports re-invite off
    * set supports replace header off

But when lookin at the log I still see this

10:41:45.250 [CM505001]: Ext.111: Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [CP PAO 2.0.2.196] PBX contact: [sip:111@172.31.253.10:5060]

Why is it still showing capabilities having reinvite, replaces when the are turned off on this extension.

    I am running version 8.0.9941.549

Could you please specify following information:
    1. OS
    2. Provider
    3. Equipment
    4. NAT (firewall) device
    5. How it is specified in PBX configuration?

    See http://www.3cx.com/forums/forum-rules-read-to-get-answers-93.html for details.

    Thanks

First I start with the forum rules.

Your manual sucks, so if you are going to provide a system with such poor documenation you should at least include 30 days initital support. So posting here is the only option, because I am not going to also purchase commercial support for a product which is so badly documented.

You have a great product, just poor documentation.

    1. Windows Small Business Server 2003
    2. MyNetFone
    3. Dell Server, handsets are Cisco 7912G and also Bria for Outlook, as well as the 3CX client, all are the same problem.
    4. Cisco IOS. Have configured all the NAT settings as required and the Firewall checker passes 100% in all phases
    5. How is what specified int he PBX configuration

Sorry, I don't plan to discuss bugs in PBX and quality of your equipment. I've tried to ask you to specify the equipment and specify how it is configured for PBX (in magement console)

    Excuse me for disturbance...

    Queue is setup as follows:

All default settings except announce queue position to call.

The queue is working fine, and audio is work by directionally at this stage. That is DTMF from the caller is sent to the PBX, and the announcement back out is received by the caller.

The problem occurs when the extension answers the queued call. I get the no RTP stream in the system log and while I can hear the caller, the caller cannot hear me.

The extension is setup as default with the exception as recommend by 3CX in others tab

    PBX delivers audio - checked
    supports re-invite - not checked
    supports replace - not check

Same configuration on the VoIP provider

Has anyone tested Queues and got them working?

Also when I place the caller on hold using the 3CX client, audio starts working again and the caller receives the onhold music.
